domestic orders should be shipped within 5 working days via U.S.
Post Office - Priority mail unless you are otherwise notified.
Rush delivery service available at a higher rate. International
orders, you will be contacted about shipping rates.
EXCHANGES
AND RETURN POLICY
If
for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may
exchange it.
Purchase
price and shipping charges will be refunded only if we have
sent the wrong item, or if the item is defective.
We
will not issue a refund if the merchandise has been laundered,
worn or soiled.
If
you are exchanging, please let us know what you would like by
indicating your preference on the receipt or in a note.
HOW
TO SEND BACK YOUR RETURN
Pack
and seal your return item(s) securely, including the receipt,
in the original package if possible. Please note the reason for
the return on the receipt and we will refund your purchase less
shipping charges. Insure and send your return via U.S. Post Office
-Priority Mail (C.O.D's will not be accepted).
All
credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original
purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear
on your statement.

NEW
ACCOUNTS
New accounts must be opened with five hundred dollar ($500) minimum
order. All orders are subject to minimum quantities per style
as shown on the web site.
CREDIT
REQUIREMENTS
All new accounts are shipped on a COD / Prepayment basis until
credit clearance is obtained.
25% deposit required for all overseas orders.
Credit Cards: MasterCard and Visa Company Check, Money Order,
Cashiers Check, Wire Transfers
